    2017 Housing Repair and Replacement Program

    HUD OIG is auditing a Florida grantee’s 2017 Housing Repair and Replacement Program.  In 2018, the grantee was awarded more than $733 million to address unmet needs from Hurricane Irma.  As of November 25, 2019, the grantee expended more than $14 million for the Housing Repair Replacement program.

    Housing Authority in the State of Ohio

    HUD OIG is reviewing an Ohio Housing Authority’s public housing program.  The Authority received more than $8.3 million in operating subsidies and more than $5.7 million in Capital Fund grants in fiscal year 2018. The audit objective is to determine whether the Authority complied with Federal and its own requirements for procuring services and disbursing program funds.
